[aur-requests] [PRQ#9708] Merge Request for pacsync

bulletmark [1] filed a request to merge pacsync [2] into pacpush [3]:

I discovered today that /usr/bin/pacsync already exists in community
package pacutils so I have created/renamed to a new package pacpush.
Can you please merge or even just delete this old package pacsync
(given it has hardly any votes+comments).
