[aur-requests] [PRQ#9709] Orphan Request for ruby-jekyll

SilverRainZ [1] filed a orphan request for ruby-jekyll [2]:

The maintainer has not response for 1 month and this package is still
borken. Please orphan it to let others(such as me) maintain it.

BTW, why ruby-jekyll-sass-converter in [community] now but other
jekyll package not in it?
