[aur-requests] [PRQ#9723] Orphan Request for taskcoach

Eschwartz [1] filed a orphan request for taskcoach [2]:

Maintainer is not responding to requests to fix a dependency on the
renamed "twisted" package from the repos.

I guess the maintainer doesn't care about this package anymore, and
someone who does care, should be allowed to fix it.
