[aur-requests] [PRQ#9774] Orphan Request for perl-sereal-decoder

int [1] filed a orphan request for perl-sereal-decoder [2]:

The packages (perl-sereal, -encoder and -decoder) were flagged out-of-
date a while ago. I tried to contact the package maintainer about two
month ago and a week ago again. No reaction.
So I think I take the packages.
