[aur-requests] [PRQ#9820] Merge Request for franz-bin

Hering [1] filed a request to merge franz-bin [2] into franz [3]:

This package is not needed anymore since franz changed to fully open-
source instead of providing a binary. And since there is already a new
"franz" package we do not need this "franz-bin"-package anymore.
