[aur-requests] [PRQ#8992] Deletion Request for dotnet

Please do not delete [0] the package as the upstream discussion [1] about whether to keep a separate `dotnet` package as a meta package hasn't been concluded yet.

[0] I am super not sure why a deletion request has been filed if a merge request would have been what Alad so desired.
