[aur-requests] [PRQ#9184] Deletion Request for haxe3-bin

TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for haxe3-bin [2]:

haxe got promoted to community and the maintainer dropped the -bin
package.
Nobody stepped up to maintain the -bin PKGBUILD after that, so there
seems to be no issue with the repo package which makes it reasonable
to remove the -bin PKGBUILD.
