[aur-requests] [PRQ#9303] Deletion Request for linux-galliumos

I think this package remains useful because:

- mainline might have broken the keyboard on many chromebooks again as per 
the latest comments on [0]
- it probably makes sense to keep an aur package tracking the GalliumOS 
kernel as they seem to have compatibility patches for new chromebook models 
before mainline and generally target stability on chromebook platforms
