[aur-requests] [PRQ#11203] Request Rejected

Request #11203 has been rejected by Eschwartz [1]:

that's not how we do things. sources are supposed to be versioned, at
least via renaming if bad upstreams don't do so themselves, and people
want to verify what they just downloaded is what they were supposed to
(skipping checksums means even download errors cause havoc), etc.
