Forty-Bot [1] filed a deletion request for wine-valve [2]:

Delete in favor of wine-valve-git as valve have not released a new
version of wine on their branch. Didn't realize they weren't making
releases when I created the package. Perhaps later it could be
recreated if they ever make a release.
