Note that spamgourmet is *not* a throwaway email address, it is a
proxy forwarder used for setting email rules that can e.g. throw away
email from any but a designated sender, and is resistant to spammer
tricks for detecting e.g. the root email address of a
username+alias at gmail.com address.
