Request #13609 has been rejected by Muflone [1]:

This is not the correct way to maintain a package:
1) if you have an issue with a dependency package (ffmpeg2.8), please
ask to the package maintainer of that package
2) better than previous, help the ffmpeg2.8 package maintainer to fix
the issues
3) better than previous, ffmpeg2.8 package has no issues at all, I've
just rebuilt and installed the package in a clean chroot without any
error
4) bundling old dependencies is not a solution to not handle
dependencies
