[aur-requests] [PRQ#10464] Deletion Request for bcl2fastq-rpm

clintval [1] filed a deletion request for bcl2fastq-rpm [2]:

Technically these are just binaries compiled by upstream even though
they are packaged as an RPM.

I already created and maintain `bcl2fastq-bin`.... just need to delete
this now. Thanks!
