[aur-requests] [PRQ#10588] Request Rejected

Request #10588 has been rejected by Alad [1]:

A package "displeasing" someone, be they TU or regular user, is not
sufficient grounds for its deletion. As pointed out in the comments,
this patchset is still maintained and has some (marginal) uses. The
packaging, while questionable at best, does not pose an immediate
threat to users installing it.

As such, if the maintainer had not already orphaned it, at most an
orphan request would be suitable. I've described an alternative way in
the comments for users who may wish to pick up on this package.
