[aur-requests] [PRQ#10599] Orphan Request for ruby-mailcatcher

jamesan [1] filed a orphan request for ruby-mailcatcher [2]:

I'd like to re-adopt this package as a former maintainer as I've
changes to commit to update the package to the latest upstream version
and resolve ruby gem dependency issues. I'd like to also add the
current maintainer as a co-maintainer to mitigate MIA issues moving
forward. Thanks!
