thestinger [1] filed a deletion request for paxctld [2]:

PaX and grsecurity are no longer public, so while this could be
updated to 1.2.2 there's little point. It should be deleted since it
could only be properly maintained by someone with access to the
private patches, and those seemingly aren't available to individuals.
