[aur-requests] [PRQ#10257] Orphan Request for ucsc-kent-genome-tools

clintval [1] filed a orphan request for ucsc-kent-genome-tools [2]:

I flagged this as out of date 2017-12-18. I emailed the personal
address of the maintainer with no response. The package has not been
updated since April of last year and has missed 10 package releases
(up to v358 now).

I am willing to improve the PKGBUILD and maintain.
