[aur-requests] [PRQ#10263] Deletion Request for mesa17.1

eduardoeae [1] filed a deletion request for mesa17.1 [2]:

This package was neeeded for some gen4 intel graphics cards, because
newer versions used to hang. Current mesa works OK now, so there is no
more need for this, so I'm also disowning it.
PS: I think just me and one more person used it.
