bulletmark [1] filed a request to merge skypeforlinux-bin [2] into
skypeforlinux-preview-bin [3]:

This package has been renamed to skypeforlinux-preview-bin and I have
created a new package skypeforlinux-stable-bin to reflect the two
versions which Microsoft publish. Various users have asked me to do
this for a while.
