[aur-requests] [PRQ#10404] Deletion Request for fet-timetabling

I guess this should be a out-of-date request not one for deletion.

Unfortunately upstream is moving the old source code to another url,
such that the package build fails if outdated. To fix the problem, just
change the version number to the current one.

I am currently compiling the new version and will update the AUR when
finished.
