Hmm

This seems like it is hardly generic. What if someone wants to use this
expecting to see a package which helps easily set up general-purpose LXC
snapshots, what is your answer for them?

"Yes, I know this is a 'snapshots' tool, but what I really mean is that
this is explicitly only for use with these two programs I happen to use".

I'd also point out this package has never been commented on nor been
voted for by anyone other than you, and the githb repository has never
received either issues or pull requests. I'm not seeing the overwhelming
evidence that people thought this useful enough for their own use.

I honestly do see where this deletion request is coming from...
