codyps [1] filed a orphan request for openocd-git [2]:

Package points at quite possible the slowest git mirror avaliable (for
any package), and certainly the slowest for openocd (which has a much
faster official mirror on repo.or.cz).

Maintainer has not responded or acknowledged request to fix url to
allow cloning to happen in a reasonable time.
