[aur-requests] [PRQ#11917] Deletion Request for lib32-libxp

Eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libxp [2]:

completely broken, downloads the prebuilt i686 package tarball and
repackages it as x86_64 instead of building from source.

We no longer provide i686 repositories, so this is doubly terrible.
