I doubt that very much. Anything that "requires LSB" is not doing so via
pacman packages. Arch Linux and derivative distros like Antergos have
never provided nor asked for LSB compliance, on the grounds that LSB is
vaguely silly.

If you really want LSB instead of actual dependencies on specific
programs, you're welcome to create an AUR metapackage that depends on
all the necessary tools. This might be awkward to do so, as one of the
things it requires is ncurses 5 (so it would need to depend on another
AUR package https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ncurses5-compat-libs/ )
