[aur-requests] [PRQ#11431] Deletion Request for ruby-test-unit

Morganamilo [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-test-unit [2]:

Package exists in official repositories

These duplicates keep popping up. And the AUR packages are often old.
This makes me think these packages used to be AUR only then were added
to the offical repos. Maybe it's time for some hook to automatically
flag these packages when they drop in the repos.
