Eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for hawaii-system-preferences
[2]:

Old code, broken dependencies. hawaii is now liri, liri-system-
preferences-git supersedes this package and someone should submit a
liri-system-preferences package for the stable release -- as it stands
this package is useless.
