[aur-requests] [PRQ#13391] Orphan Request for watchman-git

FredBezies [1] filed a orphan request for watchman-git [2]:

This package was not updated for the last two years or so. Cannot be
built without some modifications.

Made 2 comments with updated and working PKGBUILD back in december of
2017 and none were taken into account.

Providing a third working and updated PKGUILD today (november 27th,
2018)
