[aur-requests] [PRQ#12898] Deletion Request for pyzbar

alexzose [1] filed a deletion request for pyzbar [2]:

Since it is a python module, it should be named python-pyzbar. I
created the python-pyzbar package, so this one should be deleted. I
think merge is not necessary, just a deletion.
