[aur-requests] [PRQ#12916] Orphan Request for postgresql-9.4

rodjek [1] filed a orphan request for postgresql-9.4 [2]:

Package was flagged out of date in early 2017, maintainer hasn't
updated since late 2016. Currently the package does not install
because the PKGBUILD needs to be updated to build against OpenSSL 1.0.

Can we please get this package marked as an orphan so that someone
else can take over maintainership?
