[aur-requests] [PRQ#12922] Deletion Request for qemu-user-static

greyltc [1] filed a deletion request for qemu-user-static [2]:

This package is named incorrectly. It should be named qemu-user-
static-bin since it's just downloading binaries from debian. Deleting
it will solve the problem since qemu-user-static-bin already exists in
the AUR. Rewriting it to actually compile the target binaries would
also obviously solve the problem.
