jamespharvey20 [1] filed a request to merge libcxgb3 [2] into rdma-
core [3]:

I'm the maintainer of this package.  Upstream merged this with others
into a mega-package "rdma-core", which is covered by AUR packages
"rdma-core" and "rdma-core-git", and cover this package with
provides/conflicts/replaces.
