[aur-requests] [PRQ#13043] Deletion Request for vtk-multi-python

petronny [1] filed a deletion request for vtk-multi-python [2]:

This package has been orphaned and is out-of-date for a long time.

And I think `vtk-base` and `python-vtk` are duplicate with `vtk` in
[community].
`python2-vtk` may be useful.
But I think we can delete this package and wait for someone to submit
a new `python2-vtk`.
