LaughingMan [1] filed a deletion request for tor-browser-en-iran [2]:

This package has been flagged out of date for over 4 months now.
Considering this is a security relevant package that is dangerous.
The only reason to ever create this package is that the normal
upstream location might be blocked in Iran.
By now it has been orphaned and the linked sources give a 404 error.
