[aur-requests] [PRQ#13106] Deletion Request for otpclient-git

KingofToasters [1] filed a deletion request for otpclient-git [2]:

After talks with upstream, we've agreed that having both git and a
versioned packages is not needed. Thus I'd like for this duplicate to
be removed, replaced by the normal otpclient package.
