eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for python-wxpython-phoenix

wxpython in community is now 4.x (phoenix). If wxpython 4.x is desired
for python2 (e.g. hydrus), a separate python2-wxpython-phoenix package
should be uploaded.

(Or python2-wxpython4 would be a preferable name IMHO.)
