[aur-requests] [PRQ#12742] Orphan Request for zoneminder

Nocifer [1] filed a orphan request for zoneminder [2]:

The current maintainer hasn't updated the package since exactly one
year ago, and is officially MIA after the package got flagged out-of-
date 5 months ago and they never responded.

I would like to take over as maintainer. Thank you.
