Request #12750 has been rejected by eschwartz [1]:

You didn't say anything to reply to, you haven't provided any way for
either the maintainer or me to verify your claims that it is broken,
you haven't tried telling the maintainer what your solution is, and
the maintainer is active on the AUR ~daily.

I see no reason to accept an orphan request at this time...
