Request #12689 has been rejected by yan12125 [1]:

"csvkit is a suite of command-line tools for converting to and working
with CSV, the king of tabular file formats."

As per https://csvkit.readthedocs.io/en/1.0.3/, csvkit is designed to
be command line tools instead of a Python library, so there should be
no python- prefix.
