m-pilia [1] filed a deletion request for python-niftynet [2]:

Broken package, library that depends on out-of-date versions of other
software (e.g. tensorflow) and won't build against latest versions in
the repo. No sense to build and install this package at system level,
users should rather install it with pip inside a virtualenv.
