[aur-requests] [PRQ#15569] Orphan Request for nvidia-docker

jshap70 [1] filed a orphan request for nvidia-docker [2]:

This package has been effectively broken for ~1 week as `nvidia-
container-runtime-hook` is dead in upstream.

I maintain the rest of the nvidia-container stack that this package
relies on, and a breaking upstream change means that this package is
now broken and preventing me from deleting the now defunct `nvidia-
container-runtime-hook`.

Really, I would like to fix this package and then in ~a month request
it be deleted as well, as it is deprecated by upstream now... but
that's a request for another time.
