[aur-requests] [PRQ#15753] Merge Request for manifold-cli

radmen [1] filed a request to merge manifold-cli [2] into manifold-
cli-bin [3]:

Hey. `manifold-cli` does not follow the naming convention. It
downloads the precompiled binary so it should be postfixed with
`-bin`. I've fixed this, now would like to merge those packages.
