Request #15788 has been accepted by eschwartz [1]:

Same spammer has reposted this package multiple times, created spam
articles on the wiki, spam bug reports on the bugtracker, and even
annoyed Arch derivative distros about the issue.

Yet another example to delete... thanks for pointing it out. This is
indeed getting tiring. :(
