[aur-requests] [PRQ#16921] Merge Request for geany-plugins-gtk3-git

SpotlightKid [1] filed a request to merge geany-plugins-gtk3-git [2]
into geany-plugins-git [3]:

The geany-plugins-git package now effectively provides the same stuff
as this package does, since geany and the plugins are compiled with
GTK3 by default now. No package actaully depends on this one.
