[aur-requests] [PRQ#14077] Orphan Request for python-dugong

sekai [1] filed a orphan request for python-dugong [2]:

This package is broken because the upstream repository was moved.
So other packages that require python-dugong cannot be built.

Although this issue was reported last year, current maintainer has not
yet noticed that.
