[aur-requests] [PRQ#13792] Merge Request for mariadb-mainline-noconflict

Singularity [1] filed a request to merge mariadb-mainline-noconflict
[2] into mariadb-10.3 [3]:

I couldn't find any differences to the mariadb-10.3 package. There's
nothing special done in regards to the noconflict part of the name, it
does the same things as the current mariadb-10.3 package.
