[aur-requests] [PRQ#13796] Orphan Request for osc

Xorg [1] filed a orphan request for osc [2]:

A new release is available since 5 months (v0.163.0  was released on
20 Aug 2018).
This package was flagged out-of-date 2 months ago.

Two month ago, nicoulaj posts following message:
"Can you please apply it, disown package or add me as comaintainer ?"
There is no response from Thaodan.

nicoulaj or me would be happy to maintain this package is Thaodan is
no more interested.
