[aur-requests] [PRQ#13868] Orphan Request for orthanc

wget [1] filed a orphan request for orthanc [2]:

This package has been unmaintained for a few months now. I know the
official developer personally (Sébastien Jodogne). Maybe this would be
best to lend me over the maintenance of this app, since I can reach
easily to the dev if I got issues?
