[aur-requests] [PRQ#13919] Orphan Request for plplot510

jankoh [1] filed a orphan request for plplot510 [2]:

Package needs to be patched for building with current versions of
cmake shiped by Arch. It is needed for gnudatalanguage.

Other useres and I tried to contact the current maintainer, but still
got no response.
