[aur-requests] [PRQ#13921] Deletion Request for python-configparser

fryfrog [1] filed a deletion request for python-configparser [2]:

python2-configparser ports this to python to and is in extra. I guess
this is built into python3. I have no idea why I made this AUR package
and the only one depending on it was pyzap, also mine and I've removed
it from that.
