[aur-requests] [PRQ#15367] Orphan Request for openbsd-manpages

KingofToasters [1] filed a orphan request for openbsd-manpages [2]:

The package has been out of date since May,
and I tried to contact the maintainer on AUR and by private email. No
response. I've made a couple changes locally that would improve the
port, thus I'd like it to be orphaned so I can take ownership.
